- Weight of the item (including packing matarial).
- Size / volume of the item.
- Mode and speed on shipping.
- Shipping charges dose not include custom duties / octo.
- Custom duty implies taxes / custom duties. Charges by your govt. / custom officers for importing products.

Refund and Returns
Despite our best efforts we understand that there might be times when you are not completely satisfied
with product and would like to return the item. We will accept returns only if the item has
not been used and is returned in re-saleable condition and it will be regular item. If that
is a extra ordinery item which was made at your special order that will be not returnable.
Return shipping charges if any will always be paid by customer.

- Free replacement - if you receive a damaged please contact us by e-mail within two days of receiving the product.
- Check your parcel in front of delivery person for any breakages to help up take claim from them. Damage
is found any should be shown to delivery man and refuse to take parcel without the undertaking that they
have deliveered a broken piece. Inform us, and e-mail us the scanned copy of the undertaking at support@bg.com
